One of these crystals is found in Philippa Eilhart's quarters in her hideout at Tayiar est. This crystal is broken and contains a message that Yennefer and apparently also Triss can decipher.
A second is located by the Vieille tour de guet near Kaer Morhen, used to open a portal.
